Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Product Executive to support pharmaceutical product marketing and brand management activities. The role involves developing marketing strategies, preparing scientific promotional materials, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with sales teams to drive product growth and market presence.
The ideal candidate should have strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, and product promotion, along with good analytical and communication skills. Freshers with a passion for marketing in the pharma industry are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products
- Support brand promotion activities to improve market visibility and product growth
- Ensure profitability and sustained growth of assigned brands
Scientific Promotional Activities
- Design and create scientific promotional materials for Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Prepare product presentations, visual aids, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate promotional activities aligned with product strategy
Market Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Monitor competitor products and recommend marketing improvements
- Support strategic planning through market research and data analysis
Product Launch & Sales Coordination
- Assist in planning and execution of new product launches
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for campaign execution
Product Training & Reporting
- Conduct product training sessions for Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Collaborate with Group Product Manager for reporting and planning activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, therapeutic advancements, and market developments

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences
- Experience up to 2 years as Medical Representative or Product Executive preferred
