Sales Engineer – Water System – Pharma Solutions

Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical OR Diploma / Science Graduate
CTC: ₹5–10 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Role Summary

Drive technical sales and business development for pharmaceutical water treatment systems. The role involves managing pharma clients, understanding technical requirements, proposing customized water system solutions, handling the complete sales cycle, and developing long-term customer relationships across Pune and Goa.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients across Pune and Goa.
• Engage with QA/QC, Production, and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements.
• Understand requirements for pharma-grade water systems and propose suitable solutions.
• Handle technical discussions and presentations for PW, WFI, RO, EDI, and filtration systems.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing pharmaceutical accounts.
• Conduct customer site visits for requirement analysis and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, sales pipelines, and CRM updates.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
