Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Product Manager / Group Product Manager to lead and manage the Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health portfolio. The role involves driving product strategy, managing product lifecycle, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring business growth within the therapy segment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharma product management, with the ability to lead product launches, analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Management
- Manage and drive the Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health product portfolio.
- Oversee complete product lifecycle management from planning to execution.
- Ensure effective positioning and growth of product brands in the market.
Product Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement product strategies and brand management initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor product performance and optimize strategies for business growth.
New Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Lead new product launches including planning, execution, and post-launch monitoring.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, line extensions, and lifecycle improvements.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis.
- Track market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making and product positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Sales teams
- Medical affairs teams
- Regulatory teams
- Ensure alignment across departments for successful product execution.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the product management team.
- Drive team performance and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Build a strong, collaborative, and result-oriented team environment.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication across departments and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals when required.
Business Growth & Strategy Execution
- Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and brand initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities to expand market share within the therapy segment.
- Ensure achievement of business objectives and sales targets.

- Experience in Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health therapy segment (Mandatory)

Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / Life Sciences (Preferred)
- Relevant pharma or life sciences background
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management
- Experience in Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health segment is mandatory
- Experience handling product portfolios and leading teams
