Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated ECG Analyst to support clinical and diagnostic activities by analyzing and interpreting electrocardiograms (ECGs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate cardiac assessments, supporting patient care, and contributing to clinical research and data-driven medical decisions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cardiac physiology and ECG interpretation, along with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
ECG Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyze and interpret 12-lead ECGs with accuracy
- Identify abnormalities such as arrhythmias and other cardiac irregularities
- Ensure timely and precise ECG assessments for clinical use
Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of ECG reports and patient data
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation as per protocols
- Update ECG databases and maintain logs for tracking
Clinical Coordination
- Work closely with physicians, cardiologists, and clinical teams
- Support clinical decision-making with accurate ECG analysis
- Assist in research or clinical trial-related ECG evaluations
Quality & Compliance
- Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
Training & Support
- Assist in training junior team members when required
- Support continuous improvement in ECG analysis processes
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of cardiac physiology and ECG interpretation
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Familiarity with ECG software and data systems (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Cardio-graphic Technician (CCT)
- BLS Certification
- Experience in cardiology setup
