Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Corporate Operations & Sales to manage end-to-end corporate travel operations, client servicing, vendor management, and corporate sales support activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate travel operations, stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, client relationship management, and operational leadership, along with the ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Operations Management
- Manage complete corporate travel operations for:
- Domestic travel
- International travel
- Flights
- Hotels
- Ground transportation
- Visa and travel formalities
- Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of all travel requirements
Corporate Sales & Client Servicing
- Support corporate sales activities and contribute to revenue growth
- Handle key corporate client accounts and deliver customized travel solutions
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Support cross-selling and account growth initiatives
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Travel vendors
- Service partners
- Negotiate corporate rates with hotels across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities
- Evaluate vendor performance and optimize service quality and costs
Process Improvement & Operations Excellence
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure adherence to process standards and service quality benchmarks
- Handle high-volume operations in fast-paced work environments
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage corporate operations and client servicing teams
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure high performance
- Manage workload distribution, staffing, and operational coordination
Compliance & Documentation
- Guide clients on:
- Travel documentation
- Regulatory procedures
- Corporate travel compliance requirements
- Ensure operational accuracy and compliance adherence
