Role Summary:
Lead Sales & Marketing activities for the Pharma Industry and Pharma Equipment sector, driving business growth, strategy, team performance, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete Enquiry → Order Generation → Order Closure cycle.
• Develop sales strategies and analyze market trends.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
• Handle quotations, work orders, GEM, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Travel extensively as required.
