Quotation Engineer – Pharma Equipment – Pharma Solutions

Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering
Preferred Experience: Pharma Equipment / Process Equipment / Industrial Equipment

Role Summary

Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for Pharma & Process Equipment based on customer requirements, coordinating with Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Understand equipment specifications, scope, quantities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design/Engineering, and Production teams.
• Revise quotations based on customer requirements and internal discussions.
• Maintain quotation, enquiry, and revision records.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of quotations.
• Support Sales with quotation-related documents and information.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Quotation Preparation / Sales Coordination / Commercial Coordination.
• Knowledge of Pharma & Process Equipment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and commercial requirements.
