Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Medical Affairs / Medico Marketing Executive to support medical strategy, scientific communication, and product marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical division.
This role involves providing scientific expertise for product launches, medical training, marketing support, and medical communication with healthcare professionals. The candidate will collaborate with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and evidence-based medical information is communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch & Medical Strategy
- Conduct literature reviews and scientific research to support product launches.
- Develop medical manuals, product monographs, and scientific presentations.
- Deliver technical product training sessions to the marketing team and field force.
Scientific & Medical Support
- Provide scientific support to marketing and sales teams.
- Validate promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare medical content, prescribing information, and product literature.
Query Management
- Address medical queries from doctors, healthcare professionals, and field representatives.
- Provide evidence-based responses supported by scientific literature and clinical studies.
Training & Medical Education
- Conduct training programs for medical representatives and internal teams.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities and knowledge sessions.
- Prepare training modules, slides, and scientific reference materials.
New Product Development
- Provide medical rationale for new product ideas and product lifecycle management.
- Suggest new indications, dosage forms, and therapy-based product concepts.
Medical Publications
- Develop and publish scientific manuscripts, review articles, and clinical publications.
- Prepare medical content for scientific journals, conferences, and educational programs.
