Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into seamless, user-centric designs.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, responsive UI design, and user experience principles, along with a passion for creating visually appealing and accessible digital products.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Research

• Conduct:

• Improve user experiences based on feedback and data insights

UI Design & Prototyping

• Design:
  • Wireframes
  • Mockups
  • High-fidelity UI screens
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
• Ensure visual consistency across web and mobile platforms

Design Systems & Collaboration

• Build and maintain:
  • Design systems
  • Component libraries
  • UI standards
• Collaborate with:
  • Product managers
  • Developers
  • Cross-functional teams
• Support implementation and ensure design accuracy during development

Responsive & Accessible Design

• Create responsive designs for:
  • Web applications
  • iOS platforms
  • Android platforms
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Usability best practices

Continuous Improvement

• Iterate and optimize designs based on:
