Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in advanced dashboard development, DAX optimization, and enterprise-level BI solutions. The role involves building high-performance Power BI dashboards, optimizing large datasets, implementing secure reporting environments, and delivering business-focused analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, enterprise data models, KPI dashboards, and performance optimization, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Dashboard Development

• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create visually engaging and business-focused dashboards with strong UX principles
• Develop KPI-driven dashboards for business insights and decision-making

DAX & Data Modeling

• Build and optimize:
  • DAX measures
  • Time intelligence calculations
  • Complex business logic
• Work with enterprise-grade data models and large datasets
• Ensure efficient and scalable reporting architecture

Performance Optimization

• Optimize Power BI reports for:
  • Faster loading
  • Better performance
  • Large dataset handling
• Improve backend query efficiency and dashboard responsiveness

Security & Governance

• Implement:
  • Row-Level Security (RLS)
  • Role-based access control
• Ensure secure and governed BI reporting environments

Business Intelligence & Storytelling

• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics solutions
• Create dashboards focused on:
  • Business storytelling
  • KPI visualization
  • Executive reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work with data engineering and business teams for reporting requirements
• Follow best practices in:
  • BI development
  • Dashboard optimization
  • Documentation and governance
