Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for innovative products and platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, AI model development, cloud integration, and production deployment, along with hands-on experience in working with large datasets and scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms including:
  • Supervised Learning
  • Unsupervised Learning
  • Reinforcement Learning
• Solve complex business and technical problems using AI and ML techniques

Data Processing & Feature Engineering

• Work with large datasets for:
  • Data cleaning
  • Preprocessing
  • Feature engineering
• Extract meaningful insights and improve model performance through data optimization

Model Training & Optimization

• Conduct experiments and statistical analysis to validate model performance
• Evaluate multiple algorithms and fine-tune models for:
  • Accuracy
  • Scalability
  • Performance optimization
• Implement model monitoring and continuous improvement strategies

AI/ML Deployment & Integration

• Deploy AI/ML models on:
  • Cloud-based platforms
  • On-premise environments
• Develop APIs and services for real-time AI/ML applications
• Support AI model server deployment and optimization

Collaboration & Product Integration

• Collaborate with:
  • Data Scientists
  • Product Managers
  • Software Engineers
