Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Manager / Senior Manager – Statutory Audit professionals to lead statutory audit engagements, manage client relationships, and drive high-quality audit delivery across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and audit team leadership, along with the ability to manage complex audit engagements and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Engagement Management

• Lead and manage statutory audit assignments across multiple industries and sectors
• Oversee:
  • Audit planning
  • Audit execution
  • Final audit deliverables
• Ensure completion of assignments within defined quality benchmarks and timelines

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
  • Accounting standards
  • Auditing standards
  • Regulatory requirements
• Handle complex:
  • Audit matters
  • Financial reporting issues
  • Compliance-related concerns
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Ind AS
  • Companies Act
  • Audit regulations

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Manage client relationships and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Coordinate with senior management and client teams on audit observations and reporting
• Provide advisory support on audit and compliance matters

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor, guide, and develop audit team members
• Review team performance and ensure technical quality standards
• Support skill development and effective team collaboration

Practice Growth & Business Support

• Support:
  • Business development activities
  • Practice growth initiatives
  • Client engagement opportunities
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence within the audit practice

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
• 6 – 10 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits
• Strong expertise in:
