A&C Service Engineer – Automation & Controls – Pharma Solutions

Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related
CTC: ₹4–8 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Role Summary

Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and support for industrial automation and control systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and servo systems. Support machine service, retrofit, upgrades, and automation projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and servo-based systems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and breakdown services.
• Support machine maintenance, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
• Execute automation retrofit and system upgrade projects.
• Modify, test, and validate PLC/SCADA programs and backups.
• Support IIoT, MIS integration, testing, validation, and documentation.
• Train customers on system operation and troubleshooting.
• Identify aftermarket opportunities such as AMC, upgrades, and service contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, service, and sales teams.
