HR Recruiter – Hospital Recruitment

Role Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitals, with a strong focus on hiring Nurses (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, ANM) and other healthcare professionals. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client coordination, and timely recruitment closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Recruit Nurses and other healthcare professionals for hospital requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong healthcare talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage documentation, offers, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
