We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in hospital recruitment, particularly in hiring nursing professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified healthcare candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for hospital hiring requirements.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Hospital Recruitment

• Recruit Nurses (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, ANM) and other healthcare professionals.
• Understand hospital staffing requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.
• Coordinate documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.

Client & Candidate Coordination

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.
