Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Manager – Strategy & Digitization to drive business strategy and digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing domain. This leadership role focuses on enabling Industry 4.0 adoption, process optimization, and aligning organizational strategy with digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business and corporate strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations
Drive Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing programs
Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance
Work closely with leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategy, digitization, or transformation roles within manufacturing
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital technologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
