Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive / Counselor to handle lead conversion and student/parent counseling. The role requires strong communication skills in South Indian languages and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads through calls and follow-ups
Counsel students and parents regarding courses/programs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems
Build strong relationships with prospective students/customers

Qualifications
Any Graduate

Eligibility Criteria
Experience between 3 months to 3 years in inside sales or counseling
Proficiency in South Indian languages is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
