Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Analyst – Strategy & Digital Transformation to analyze business processes, identify digitalization opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and operational data.
• Develop dashboards, MIS, and management insights.
• Support strategy development, execution, and growth initiatives.
• Identify market and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and management teams.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis, Digital Transformation & Strategy.
• Ability to identify process gaps and translate business problems into solutions.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau & SQL.
