Role Summary

Lead sales and business development for the Sterile Division, driving regional growth across pharmaceutical and sterile manufacturing customers. The role focuses on technical sales, key account management, team leadership, new business development, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with key pharmaceutical accounts.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical equipment, boiler systems, steam systems, and sterile manufacturing solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate, and drive order conversion.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, service, and marketing teams for project execution.
• Lead and monitor the regional sales team and achieve sales targets.
• Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Manage customer deliveries, payment collections, sales forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Develop and manage suitable channel partners and agents in the region.
