Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Experience: Machinery Installation, Commissioning & Service Support

Role Summary

Handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for extruders and ancillary equipment, ensuring smooth equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission extruders and ancillary equipment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and online customer support.
• Support electrical wiring and pre-commissioning activities.
• Coordinate project communication, drawing approvals, and technical requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints and support CAPA closure.
• Identify design improvements and recommend technical changes.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Project teams.
• Participate in Project Completion Reviews and share lessons learned.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of machinery and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and control practices.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Strong technical and customer-handling skills.
