Role Summary

Manage warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatches, accurate stock management, and smooth coordination with transporters and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse, dispatch, loading/unloading, and packing activities.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective dispatches.
• Monitor non-moving stock and take timely action.
• Handle stock audits and transporter bills.
• Manage online road permits and ERP MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and transporters.
• Supervise warehouse staff, packers, and loaders.

Required Skills

• Strong warehouse and dispatch management experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Experience handling a team of 5–8 people.
• Good coordination and administrative skills.
• Pharma/FMCG/distribution experience preferred.
