Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Embedded Software Engineer / RF Device Driver Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on advanced RF and embedded technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating embedded software drivers for radio modules and RF communication systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in embedded C/C++, RTOS, RF communication systems, and radio module driver development, along with the ability to work on cutting-edge embedded and wireless communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

Embedded Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for radio modules
• Develop embedded applications, frameworks, algorithms, and device drivers
• Work on software integration for embedded and RF communication systems

RF Driver & SDR Development

• Develop and optimize software drivers for:
  • Radio modules
  • RF communication systems
  • Software-Defined Radio (SDR) platforms
• Improve efficiency, stability, and reliability of RF device driver software

System Performance & Optimization

• Evaluate and optimize RF performance of radio modules
• Ensure embedded systems meet required performance and communication standards
• Monitor and maintain deployed embedded systems for long-term reliability

RTOS & Communication Protocols

• Work with:
  • Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
  • Communication interfaces
  • IP protocols
• Support low-level embedded software and hardware interaction

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Perform debugging, validation, and troubleshooting of embedded systems
• Analyze system-level issues and implement optimized solutions
• Ensure software quality, stability, and compliance with technical standards

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on RF and embedded projects
• Participate in research and development activities for advanced communication technologies
• Contribute to innovation in embedded systems and wireless communication solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Electronics
  • Computer Science
  • Embedded Systems
  • Related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems development
• Strong programming skills in:
  • C
  • C++
• Experience with:
  • RTOS
  • Embedded interfaces
  • IP protocols
• Strong understanding of RF communication systems and standards
