Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Costing to manage product costing, inventory accounting, and financial analysis. The role involves analyzing cost structures, monitoring cost variances, and supporting financial operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and inventory management, along with knowledge of pricing procedures and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Financial Analysis

• Prepare and manage product costing and cost updates
• Analyze cost variances and generate detailed costing reports
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives

Inventory Accounting & Reporting

• Handle inventory accounting, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy in stock valuation and financial records
• Monitor inventory movements and support financial audits

Financial Operations

• Perform month-end closing activities related to costing and revenue
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Support accounting processes aligned with business requirements

Pricing & Compliance

• Work with pricing procedures (Sales & Distribution module)
• Ensure compliance with DPCO regulations and filings through IPDMS
• Support pricing decisions and regulatory documentation

Data Analysis & Coordination

• Analyze reports to identify cost exceptions and deviations
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency
• Provide insights for better financial planning and decision-making

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis
• Experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Understanding of pricing procedures and regulatory compliance
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SAP HANA (Preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
