Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Cardio Diabetic Segment

Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / Life Sciences / Any Graduate
Experience: 1+ Year in Pharma Sales
CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales and business growth in the Cardio Diabetic segment. The role involves promoting products to healthcare professionals, building strong doctor relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive prescription generation and product demand
  • Promote products to Diabetologists, Cardiologists, and Physicians
  • Build strong relationships with doctors and chemists
  • Plan and execute daily field activities and territory coverage
  • Conduct CMEs, RTMs, and promotional activities
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and CRM updates

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in pharma sales (MR / TSM)
  • Exposure to Cardio Diabetic segment (Preferred)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Strong knowledge of local territory and doctor network
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area
