Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 Patient Care

• Provide quality nursing care to patients following established medical protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs and overall health condition regularly.
• Observe patient progress and report any changes in condition to doctors or healthcare supervisors.

 Medication & Treatment

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and patient examinations.
• Ensure proper implementation of treatment plans.

 Patient Support

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene when required.
• Provide bedside care and ensure patient comfort and safety.

 Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Record treatment details, medication schedules, and patient progress.

 Patient & Family Education

• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, medication schedules, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Provide guidance on recovery and maintaining healthy lifestyle practices.

 Coordination with Healthcare Teams

• Work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate patient status and treatment progress regularly.
