Job Overview
We are hiring an O&M Product Management professional to oversee operations and maintenance management within pharmaceutical industry water systems and facility operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient operational performance, customer satisfaction, contract management, and business continuity while managing cross-functional teams and optimizing operational resources.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in facility management services, water treatment systems, or technical operations, along with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
O&M – Product Management
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with O&M clients.
- Ensure delivery of committed KPIs and service excellence to customers.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, GDP compliance, and audit readiness.
- Submit monthly operational reports and conduct review discussions with clients.
- Address escalations promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational alignment and performance improvement.
- Work towards reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for clients.
- O&M – Product Management
Operations Monitoring
- Monitor and verify daily operational reports from multiple sites.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and operational performance.
- Generate monthly billing based on submitted operational reports.
- Manage billing collection processes.
- Ensure availability of critical spares across operational sites.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational continuity.
- Prepare investigation, service, and recommendation reports when required.

Contract Management
- Manage renewal of existing O&M and S&M contracts.
- Identify and develop opportunities for new contract engagements.
- Support commercial and contract-related discussions with customers.

- Manage and supervise large operational teams.
- Plan recruitment and workforce capacity aligned with site requirements.
- Implement training programs for site teams.
